Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you do not love your items and want to return them, we offer a 14 day returns period from receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days.

For unwanted goods:

• Please include your order number or we will be unable to process your return.

• All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging

• Any personalised items and product purchased as seconds are non-refundable.

• You will be refunded the cost of the items purchased (minus any vouchers, discounts or codes used).

• You will not be refunded for the cost of returning the products to us. This is the customers responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked service to return the items. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

• Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

• If possible please contact us before returning the items so we can offer assistance.

For damaged/faulty goods:

• In the unlikely event that items are delivered damaged or faulty please contact us using our email purejoypaperdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of arrival.

• We will aim to either issue you a partial or full refund with/without returning the item depending on the individual case so please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

• If the item needs to be returned, please if possible use a tracked delivery service.

• You will be refunded the cost of the items purchased (minus any vouchers, discounts or codes used).

• Return postage will also be refunded as long as proof of postage is emailed to us.
