We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping cost depending on the weight of your order. We usually ship orders within 1-3 days.

We ship within the UK and to most international countries.

UK orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days using either Royal Mail or Evri.

International orders can vary depending on the country but as a general rule we usually say to allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Most international orders will be sent using a tracked service but we advise you contact us before placing an order if you need guaranteed tracked shipping.

Please make sure you input your address correctly at checkout as we will not be able to change it once the order has been processed and sent.
